SOS Kinderdörfer – Spenden-Update
Damit es nicht jedes Quartal einen neuen Eintrag mit gleichem Thema gibt, werden ab sofort alle Spenden hier verzeichnet.

Scott Finnleys Nightmare – Shortstory
Da will man einen Blogeintrag schreiben… nach so vielen Monaten endlich mal wieder… und was ist? Das System weist einen darauf hin, dass es noch einen Eintrag in den Entwürfen gibt, der noch nicht veröffentlicht ist. Den Artikel zu den Atlantis-Romanen hatte ich völlig vergessen und halb fertig bereits vor Wochen abgespeichert.
Aber wen interessiert das jetzt noch? Nachdem der Artikel nun fertig geschrieben ist, hier der eigentlich für heute gedachte:
Vor einer Woche hatte ich einen Traum. Keinen schönen. Aber er blieb mir im Gedächtnis.
Da er mir nicht mehr aus dem Kopf ging, kam mir die wahnwitzige Idee, ihn einmal aufzuschreiben und später die andere, daraus eine Geschichte zu machen.
Zuerst erschien mir die Idee verrückt und nicht sinnvoll umsetzbar, aber dann habe ich doch angefangen daran zu arbeiten. Mittlerweile bin ich davon überzeugt, dass die Story als Kurzgeschichte großes Potential hat und werde sie im Laufe der nächsten Monate schreiben.
Monate für eine Kurzgeschichte?
Allerdings.
Da ich beruflich zu sehr eingespannt bin, schaffe ich es schon seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr vernünftig am Hopewell-Roman weiterzuschreiben. Er muss warten, bis ich mich wieder intensiver um die Thematik kümmern kann. Was jedoch nebenbei scheinbar ganz gut funktioniert ist eine Kurzgeschichte, wie die von Scott Finnley und seinem kleinen Drama. Keine Recherche. Einfach schreiben.
Da das Ganze nur einr Just-for-Fun-Erzählung ist, wird es sie, sobald sie fertig ist, hier kostenlos zum Download geben.

No Atlantis stories by Liam Hopewell. Nevermore!
Upcoming in autumn 2010 Homecoming will released by Fandemonium Ltd.
No, I’m sorry, it’s not a Hopewell-story coming up.
It’s the first book of the brand new SG:Atlantis Season first planed as a six-book-long-story published by Fandemonium. As the title tells us in a clear way, Atlantis will find a way home to pegasus.
I read some parts of the new story and I have to say, that I don’t like it. Atlantis is coming home and wow, there is a new wraith queen rockin’ the house, as powerful as you never seen it on tv before. Ok. Uncreative. Maybe they’ll make a good job, maybe not. We’ll see. But in this way it’s sounds very boring.
If the new story didn’t work, here some parts of my planed Season 6. Maybe someone of the Fandemonium staff can use it for a better storyline.
Well, do you remember of episode four in season five? The Daedalus-Variantions?
There were a lot of freaky situations shown, but there was a special one. Atlantis get attacked by an unknown alien ship with a distinctive sign. Daedalus attacked the ship, but soldiers came over an e.g. Ronon has to fight against them. They look in some way like borg, but they weren’t. At their clothes the had the distinctive sign too. They were a powerful race. But even unknown… and attacking Atlantis.
So my idea for a new season was to create a story around this race.
In this case I thought about the tales about the Caspian Gates (or Alexanders Gates).
This Gates (no one has found them yet!) were build by Alexander the Great or the roman emperor Caspian. They were build to keep the destructive and in the bible named race of Gog and Magog out of the civilized world. But it is only a myth…
A myth from the time, the Atlantians lived on earth? A myth about a race ruled und directly controlled by an powerful nonphysical intelligence? A myth about a Gate out of pure energy build by the Atlantias to keep this intelligence imprisoned? Powered by ZPMs? ZPMs needed to make Atlantis fit to start a make their way back home?
Well, this is a story. Not that new wraith queen shit. I’m sorry. But… it is what it is… boring…
But I’m sorry.
After that new plans by Fandemonium I will not write this story.
And I will not write another Atlantis story too. Nevermore!
